Here are some of the most common questions we get asked. If you have a question that we haven't answered here, please contact us and we'll do our best to give you all the information you need.

What charges do you levy for placing candidates?
We are completely transparent in terms of fees.
What specific skills do you recruit for and at what levels?
We recruit at all Non-Medical levels, from Pay Band 0, Pay Point A to Pay Band 10, Pay Point EE, so in responsibility terms, from data inputters to Interim Directors. However, many of our interim & contractor candidates are highly skilled and experienced professionals.
Do you need NHS experience to have a real chance of working with the NHS?
It used to be that NHS recruiters generally insisted upon candidates having NHS experience. Many talented contractors therefore neglected to apply. This situation has been totally transformed by the emergence of Clinical Commissioning Groups and Commissioning Support Units, which have replaced Primary Care Trusts. Moreover the government wants to strive for greater efficiency and effectiveness in delivering services through better IT systems. This means that contractors with business sector experience are in demand for many roles, especially those with change management skills. It is a message that we have been trying to make contract professionals aware of through PR and in particular our surveys, which explain more. Please take a look because all the benefits of working in the NHS are open to Non-Medical professionals that do not have NHS experience at present.
Do you recruit non-IT roles within the NHS?
Yes, of course. We currently supply all Non-Medical skills both on a contract and interim basis. Recent requests include HR, Marketing, Finance and Estates Management professionals to work with the NHS. So it might be worth sending your CV, we will be able to alert you if a promising role comes up.
Do you place Contract professionals outside the NHS?
We are 100% dedicated to the NHS and associated suppliers to the NHS; this is where our knowledge and skills lie. We have recently begun to spread out into the private health sector as they become more aware of our excellent service delivery
Can contract professionals without NHS experience still apply?
The answer is a resounding yes. In fact, contract professionals with business sector experience are increasingly sought after by NHS organisations. In spring 2013 Clinical Commissioning Groups and Commissioning Support Units replaced Primary Care Trusts. This change, coupled with the government's emphasis on reducing costs through greater efficiency and effectiveness to deliver high calibre NHS services through IT has led to a change of outlook. New skills, experience and ideas in regard to the recruitment of Non-Medical professionals are taking shape at a rapid pace. It has been a significant change. It is a message that has not fully been absorbed by the non-medical professional community (although we have tried to do our part in getting the message out). It all means that the old view that contract professionals need NHS sector experience to work at a hospital trust or informatics service is no longer the case. Yes, some positions need NHS experience (often trainers and analysts) owing to the nature of the position, but many opportunities do not. Indeed some contract professionals with non-NHS sector experience are in particular demand.
What positions are in demand for non-NHS professionals?
