3.  Opt-out Notification

It is important you fully understand the implications of remaining "opted in" or alternatively, opting out.  Please see the detailed section entitled "Opting Out" for further clarification.  You can also Opt-out via the Registration Form - see 1. above.

4.  CRB Checks

Certain types of employment and professions are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and details of all criminal convictions must be given. The form below may be used for certain contracts.
