Description :	a) Demonstrable experience within an NHS training service. In addition must have a sound understanding of the operation of clinical and non-clinical IM&T systems within a number of NHS settings. b) Experience of introducing new systems / systems changes and providing ‘handholding’ support within the NHS c) Demonstrable experience in the design and delivery of training courses and documentation d) Experience of problem solving and offering support to users in respect of healthcare systems software e) Experience of developing training packages to meet client and training provision requirements f) A comprehensive understanding of how information contributes to effective healthcare g) Experience of systems acceptance testing procedures and evaluation of system output requirements
