Telecomms Technician - Ref # 02232

Description :	A Telecoms technician is required to support and maintain telecommunication systems for my client in the Tyneside area (Sunderland & Gateshead). You will be supporting over 2000 IP telephony handsets over 20 locations, supporting a mobile phone estate of approx 2500 devices and administering around 25 PBX systems. You will deal with incidents as they arise and on average receive on average 20 support call or requests a day. You will need to have excellent knowledge of IP telephony, PBX systems, LAN/WAN, voicemail and IVR and experience of call logging. Knowledge of Cisco CAll Manager would be desirable There will be some travel involved in this post so a driving license is also essential.
