Service Delivery Representative - Ref # 01782

Description :Service Delivery Representative required to work closely with NHS Trust Divisions, actively communicating their requirements through close liaison with Informatics Managers. To monitor long-term issues to successful resolution and represent the Informatics function to the Divisions. In addition, to act as members of Informatics Project teams with a particular understanding of a specific group of users. Main Duties and Responsibilities - Ensure needs of the services is reflected within the Service Level Agreements, highlighting variances to appropriate Heads of Service. Ensure appropriate Key Performance Indicators and Metrics and service performance reports are available for the Trust Directorate, in line with agreed reporting timescales. Undertake regular service level meetings with Trust Directorates, reviewing service performance and delivery. Highlight any user issues with variances on performance, liaising with appropriate managers and provide feedback on outcomes. Liaise with appropriate Informatics Managers to identify actions required to maintain or improve service levels. Be the primary point of contact for Trust Directorates for escalation of long term or critical issues and for proposed developments. Advise and promote the use of integrated systems and technology across the Trust, working closely with Directorates to ensure the best service is available and other objectives achieved. Propose, develop, implement and analyse customer satisfaction surveys and review to monitor perceptions of the services provided by Informatics. Feedback results and outcomes to Directorates and Informatics. Participate in the development, provision and monitoring of Service Level Agreements for Trust users.
