Senior Technical Analyst - Ref # 02246

Description :Senior Technical Analyst required to lead second line support team for the ICT Service Desk. Work with Informatics Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager and Network & Communications Manager with development and implementation of projects across the trust. Help create a Disaster Recovery Procedure for use by department, and manage the back-up of data. 9. Work as Team Leader for the ICT Service Desk 2nd line support team
