JCAPS Integration Engine Specialist - Ref # 01779

Description :	IT Integration Engine Specialist required to assist with the development, management and support of the Trust Integration Engine (TIE) and interfacing functionality required by the Trust including relevant legacy interfaces between PAS and departmental / corporate systems. Provide project management and implementation of technical developments including the development and support of in-house software including databases and legacy systems. The post holder will also provide advice and support in database design and use, and data management and manipulation, including the use of data extract tools. Participate in the implementation and maintenance of Trust systems as required, and liaise with and advise Trust staff from all disciplines and levels. You must have practical understanding of the IM&T requirements within the NHS Plan / National Program for IT. Substantial experience of software development / database design and management. Substantial Experience of Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, JCAPS, Web development. Extensive Java programming Integration Engine software development and support. Experience of IT project management including contribution to IT business cases, and production of relevant project documentation.
