IT Support Officer - Ref # 02316

Description :ICT Support Officer • General desktop support to PC’s \ Laptops and Laser Printers • Installation of new desktop devices and related software • Handling calls logged from a queue in the Helpdesk system keeping calls updated and liaise with users • Working primarily at North Tees Hospital but supporting Hartlepool Hospital as required also • Using remote tools to support standard fat client and thin client (Citrix) users • Providing relevant information to enable calls to be escalated using the local Helpdesk system • Needs to be presentable, personable with excellent communication skills
