IT Network Support Technician - Ref # 01928

Description :	IT Network Support Technician required for this NHS client. You be responsible for the provision of onsite specialist WAN technical support to a range of NHS organisations within the area and this will entail a full range of diagnostics work from simple to highly complex fault analysis and resolution. You act as specialist WAN technical point of contact for the whole of the supported IT network, advising both customers and IT colleagues on this specialist area and working on own initiative to achieve defined results. You will assist in the planning and implementation of a new VOIP (Voice Over IP) network and maintain accurate and up to date records for WAN change requests on the service desk information system. NHS experience is not necessary but would be an advantage.
