IT Helpdesk Technician - Ref # 02311

Description :ICT Helpdesk Technician - required to:- • Capture details and log calls relating to all ICT queries (phone \ email \ face to face) • Password resets (active directory and key clinical applications) • Microsoft Office related queries including Outlook • Security settings on shared areas • Remote support to Citrix users using various remote tools • Account creation in AD and key clinical applications • Needs to be personable with excellent communication and keyboard skills
