HR Advisor - Ref # 01854

Description :	An experienced HR advisor is required to support the HR manager of this prestigious NHS client. This role is to cover long-term sick so you must be prepared to cover all the day-to-day functions as the main HR contact within the organisation. You will be actively involved in staff issues relating to general sickness, staff reviews, warnings, grievance issues and supporting the HR manager in disciplinary situations. NHS experience would be an advantage but not essential. Other public sector experience would be of interest. TUPE experience would be of particular interest.
