Helpdesk Support Person / IT Administrator - Ref # 01391

Description :To provide front line IT support, predominantly via email, working on the Help Desk responding to difficulties and faults raised by customers. Also providing administrative support to the Help Desk Team and first line telephone cover for the Help Desk Analysts. Minimum of 2 years office or Help Desk experience. Previous work experience in NHS IT experience, including PC support.
