Helpdesk/1st Line Support - Ref # 01773

Description :Experienced helpdesk / 1st Line support required for this prestigious NHS Trust. You must have experience of working on an IT help desk and have the ability to log calls and to deal with as many simple problems as possible. You will be taking phone calls and also responding to e-mails. You must have a very good telephone manner, be clear and easy to understand. You must have good general IT skills. There will also be a number of basic admin duties to perform including changing toners, keyboards, mice etc. Previous NHS experience would be an advantage but is not essential for this role. This is an ideal opportunity to gain valuable NHS experience.
