Cancer Information Validator / Administrator - Ref # 02474

Description :	Our client, a large NHS trust is looking for a cancer information validator / administrator. The ideal candidate will come form a nursing background or have a full understanding of clinical pathways, relating to cancer services. The candidate is required to perform validation of cancer information, reviewing information held on the Trusts Cancer Information system (InfoFlex) ensuring that the information recorded is correct. Responsible for identifying any gaps in the patients’ pathway, locating and recording the missing information in the system. The candidate will need to have a thorough understanding of cancer data and the clinical pathways within the NHS. NHS experience is essential for this role. They must be a self-motivated and capable of working independently to high standards to investigate and resolve issues with the Cancer pathway data. Also experience of InfoFlex would be beneficial, but experience of other cancer information systems is desirable.
