Business Change Officer - Ref # 02278

Description :	We are currently seeking a Business Change Officer to assist on a key project with my client. The change programme has already been established so you will need to be able to roll this programme across the estate, you will not be required to set this up. You will need to understand the working patterns of hospital wards and clinical areas, for example, the 24 hour nature of these areas so you will need to be flexible in how you work. You must have clinical facing skills and be able to interact with clinicians of all levels. The other responsibilities of this role will include Process Mapping, internal communications, stakeholder engagement, benefits realisation, presentation of information. It is essential that you have a thorough understanding of the “as is/to be” processes. Interviews for this role will take place mid February, and the start date will be towards the end of February and will run to the December 2012.
