2nd Line IT Technician - Ref # 01736

Description :	2nd Line IT Technician required to support the client around theSouth Wales area. You must be an experienced 2nd line/Desktop engineer capable of supporting Windows XP and the whole of the Microsoft Office suite of programs. Any experience of Active Directory, creating user accounts, server knowledge would be a great advantage. You must be able to install and support desktop devices to the existing network including patching cables, installing network printers etc. Part of this job will be office based in the Client's HQ building. The other part will be field based and the use of your own car is essential for this role. Authorised business mileage will be re-imbursed at 40p per mile. You must also be an "all-rounder" and prepared to work on the helpdesk, taking/logging/resolving calls when necessary. Very good interpersonal skills are essential for this role as you will be dealing with all levels of user, from the least to the most experienced. You will also be dealing with senior management and clinical specialists in the field.
