2nd Line Desktop Support Technician - Ref # 02405

Description :	Experienced 2nd Line Desktop Support Technician required to support this major NHS Trust. You must have experience of installing and supporting hardware and software, fixes etc. The client uses Microsoft operating systems and software including Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows 2000 and all the MS-Office 2010/2007 suite of programs. Ideally you will have previous NHS experience but this is not essential. You must also have excellent communications skills as you will be dealing with all levels of users in the hospital environment. This is a multi-site Trust and you must be prepared to work from different bases. You must have access to a car - authorised business mileage will be re-imbursed at 40p per mile.
