| Candidate Profile : | I am currently working for a large organisation as a software trainer and consultant in healthcare systems. I currently specialise in various iSoft’s clinical and patient administration systems within the NHS such Lorenzo, IPM and ICM. From the beginning of the project, I have developed training material and delivered train the trainer courses on various healthcare systems to NHS sites throughout the country. I have experience with the system configuration of the applications and have supported hospitals and support teams in testing the new applications. I have supported sites on go live and also the stabilisation of new health care systems, testing and finding solutions to product issues. Working with, advising and training implementation consultants and product specialist on various bespoke IT healthcare systems. Throughout my working career in IT, training and telecoms I have gained various skills. I am a highly motivated individual, a strong team player with clear decision-making ability. A good problem solver I am continuously looking to make improvements. I am able to communicate at all levels within an organisation and have the ability to adapt to changes, evaluate problems technical or non –technical. Respond to any task given to me, always having a positive attitude. I am always willing to learn new skills, highlighted by my learning new software, developing training courses and delivering the courses either via a classroom, one to one basis and also virtually via cloud rooms.
