| Candidate Profile : | I am an IT graduate (HND and BSC) with 3 years infrastructure and application integration management with IBM, 7 years engineering support and international infrastructure project management for industrialisation and globalisation of 30,000 workstation based network with Total oil worldwide and During my 8 months with NPfIT project, reporting to the NPfIT Programme Director and Director of IM&T for South East Essex LHC and Acute Trusts I was responsible Programme Manager and successfully delivered the following: · Identified and managed the Set-up of various workstreams for Registration Authority (RA) and Smartcard deployment, Secondary User Services (SUS), Legacy Systems Compliancy, Map of Medicine (MOM), Service Management and Support Projects within each trusts organisations. · Initiated and delivered the first local level RA of Choose & Book Awareness Campaign for NPfIT. · Organised seminars for GPs, Clinicians, PCT and the Acute Trusts Management teams. · Delivered presentations on Choose & Book Security (Registration Authority) and Choose and Book Implementation Road Map (initiating end-user engagement). · Worked with Acute Trusts Management (agree and scope directory of services, costs, baseline the As-Is process for referrals, Business Change requirements and the approach to Choose and Book) · Worked with PCTs and GPs IM&T and Business leads to (agree technical and systems baseline audit, identify priorities and agree costs and initial deployment plan) · Worked with the LSPs to agree (project management approach (Agree PID), technology readiness (Choose and Book client software installation) and for managing re-sourcing, communication and reporting. · Worked with SHA IM&T Support Agencies (agree technology baselines audits, service support & delivery management components). · Worked with Trusts IM&T management teams, gaining the agreement to change the project structure to use PRINCE2 , writing local Business Case and introducing change management processes. · Participated in project progress meetings with various NPfIT Cluster and SHA level management teams. (Agree time scales and deadlines and use of Service Management disciplines…) · Managed day-to-day project issues. I have a good understanding of OGCs BENEFIT Realisation MANAGEMENT process objectives. I under take a pragmatic approach to deliver the changes it brings to business practices and decision-making. I am well acquainted with GP contracts and PCTs and Acute policies. I drive and work long hours to keep up with GPs and clinician’s busy schedules.
