| Candidate Profile : | Here is a summary of my experience. ● Experience of Registration Process and Information Governance as a RA Agent, In Manchester PCT ,Warrington PCT as well as Stoke PCT. ● Experience of over 5 years as an Information Officer for the NHS in King’s Lynn ● Experience of 1st & 2nd level call handling, from internal customers via telephone and e-mail. ● Experience of 2nd level support, as well as Installing Smartcard Software (Lorenzo) and producing and issuing Smart cards. ● Accurate incident logging as well as Initial investigation and incident resolution. ● Experience of unlocking user accounts and resetting passwords etc. ● I gave guidance and induction training to new Probation Officers. ● Fully proficient in Microsoft Office 2000, Microsoft ME & Microsoft XP. ● 8 years experience of working with Probation Officers and their computer problems. ● Knowledge of Microsoft Programmes such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, The Works Suite, Lotus notes, CRAMS, BIQ & Corel Draw. SMS Systems, Richmond call logging system. ● Experience of producing reports on a daily and weekly basis. ● Trained in DOS and have worked with Computers since 1991 ● Microsoft XP and Microsoft Windows Office 2000 are used on my Personal Computer. ● Used to working in different sites as a Support Technician.
