| Candidate Profile : | I regularly demonstrate my excellent written and verbal communication, organisation and planning skills. My role requires me to work both proactive and reactively, often having to reprioritise my work load. I am competent and comfortable liaising with staff on all levels, plus I have built up an excellent and effective contact list and network within the Trust; I represent the Trust at the Electronic Staff Record ( ESR) / User Identity Manager (UIM ) implementation reference group, RA Road Shows and RA User Group Association. I have an outstanding network of high level contacts within the London RA Strategic Health Authority (SHA) community including the Information Governance (IG) Lead for London, Position Based Access Control (PBAC) Account Lead for London, the Chair and Deputy Chair of the London RA Users Association. I am experienced in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, Scheduling and Visio. I am confident in facilitating conference calls and understand the importance of using a protected share point folder. Included within the templates I have devised and implemented for the RA team are: an introduction letter to Directorates, Sponsor Roles and Responsibilities and an RA02 Support Information Form which enables the capture of valuable information when new staffs join the Trust. My understanding of RA technical issues and error messages that report system failure is exceptional and I have recently documented guidance for reporting Datacard printing errors for the ICT department. After assessing the filing system within the RA office and identifying areas of risk, I have successfully implemented a new filing system now used by the RA team. This now ensures a full audit trail and collation of evidence for the submission of the IG Toolkit. I have created work aids and a Power Point presentation for Sponsor training within the RA team. I have also updated the RA induction day Power Point presentation and handout information packs, including the IG National standards for the Data Protection Act 1998, Confidentiality and e-Government Interoperability Framework (eGIF) level three compliance. I regularly represent the RA team in the Trust corporate induction days for CRS which are attended by a wide variety of clinical and non clinical staff and managers, during which I confidently answer RA questions. I am responsible for Sponsor training and maintaining the Trust’s database containing staff personal information. I am responsible for ensuring all RA data is formatted for mapping to the new ESR system. I work well under pressure maintaining a high level of attention to detail; I can achieve deadlines by myself or as part of a team, offering guidance and support to other staff. My work has often involved working outside of normal office hours, including weekends, both planned and at short notice. I have experience in dealing with abusive staff and the ability to be politely assertive using tact and persuasion when required.
