Candidate Profile :My experience has included PCT commissioning at Assistant Director Level, reviewing and developing contracts for the National retrieval services, transport contracts, and organ box contract, development of personal budget contracts with costings for care packages and service specifications.

I have led on the development of reporting systems with local PCT- IT personnel for a Independent Sector Treatment Centre at Leeds/Bradford, including KPI s and performance monitoring. I have reviewed service budgets and agreed finance within the budget allocated with budget cost savings. I have used Information CD10 coding and trends analysis to review and introduce change management for service performance. I have the ability to work at a strategic and operational level and have integrated into work teams.

Through revision of contract specifications robust financial savings have been made and service models modernised. I have worked with the London finance model to plan diagnostic service requirements across Westminster.

I have worked in partnership with organisations for the review of joint services.
I am PRINCE 2 practitioner trained and have undertaken CIPs level 4 exams (5) Contract formation and Contract Negotiation results are a pass (another 3 results due in October)

As an Interim for the last three years I have worked in a variety of environments, including PCT provider, local Authority, Dh, Specialist and Strategic Health Authorities

I have worked successfully with a diversity of stakeholders and successfully engaged and negotiated with lead consultants specialist nurses, and senior organisation managers.

I have been working with Max 20 off and on since early 2003. In fact it was Don who convinced me that I should move my career from 30 years of IT in the private sector and look at the NHS. So I went from Project Management to Information Management and found the transition simple, though the culture change was frightening.
