Many thanks Don. I must say I am very impressed with your action on this. I have recently had problems with a Recruitment Agency sending out an extension letter to one of our contractors by mistake which has caused all sorts of problems for us with that particular contractor but the Agency who made the mistake seem to be completely unconcerned about it. It shows a huge difference in the way that Max20 looks after it’s customers compared to some other agencies.
