I have substantial experience of working in the service industry as both 1st and 2nd Line Support. I am experienced in accessing ‘Logged Calls’ using Support Works, HP Service Desk and Remedy. I also resolved jobs remotely using Windows VNC Viewer, Novell Console One, Remote Desktop Connection My ability to speedily resolve calls logged is a matter supported by my record on the systems. I have been responsible for helping to provide support to thousands of clients, as demonstrated by my work at Whittington Hospital, Newham College of further Education and Goldman Sachs. While working at Whittington Hospital I have gained specialist knowledge in managing, installing and configuration of PAS, EDIS, Choose & Book, Reflection and Application associated with the Organisation. Providing specialist Support to Users My understanding of computer systems is well above average. The study of Computer Networks was included as part of my City and Guilds National Vocational Qualifications. I have experience of Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 Windows XP roll out procedures and I know the importance of documentation of issues, which may later require escalation procedures.
