Along with the daily 2nd line IT support, supporting pc’s, laptops, printers and PDA’s etc. Also I worked for ROTHERHAMPCT for a three month contract role which included installing new software for the smart card reader on all desktops and laptops within the healthcare departments within some parts of south Yorkshire along with, installing e-learning software.
