· Running and maintaining disaster recovery system.
· Building system specific PC’s for users, setup and installation.
· Sage Line 50, 100, 200 & 500 certified
· More than 5 years experience of supporting Accounting Software
· Planning & delivery training course, both Microsoft & Accounting Software
· Software testing
· Documentation & help file writing.
· Majority of roles where customer facing
· Network design and setup
